Annual subscriptions: Money Back Guarantee. No questions asked.
If you cancel, your premium blog service will be discontinued immediately, and you will receive a pro-rated refund(*) for the remainder months of your current billing cycle.
Monthly subscriptions: We do not refund less than one month periods. If you cancel, your premium blog service will be discontinued at the end of the current billing cycle.

Upgrade/Downgrade Policy:
Annual subscriptions: If you upgrade/downgrade your account, we will calculate the pro-rated refund you would be entitled to according to our refund policy and we will discount that value from the cost of the new plan.
Monthly subscriptions: upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (we do not refund less than one month periods).
