Collected information

- Browser cookies. Browser cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer. We use cookies for two purposes: Session identification and preference storage. This information is treated as private
Session identification cookies are needed for proper functioning of blog.com, and are destroyed when you close your browser.
Preference storage cookies are longer-lived. They are not essential for proper functioning of Blog.com, but provide extra features not essential for regular functioning. - User communication. This type of information is composed by email messages sent to support@blog.com or support tickets sent via the web interface. It is treated as private.
Emails or support tickets sent to us will be kept during the trouble ticket handling period. They may be kept for longer periods in order to: - Solve bugs identified by the trouble ticket.
